Responsibilities
— Maintain optimum service levels for external clients.
— Provide hot line support and training for external clients.
— Provide project management for software implementation projects.
— Assist with current and future configurations.
— Learn and understand client business needs.
— Provide insight and recommendations on improving software usage.
— Perform testing of new software.
— Document and edit material.
— Perform limited travel (5–10 days per year).
Requirements
— College degree.
— Prior external client-facing experience.
— Exceptional interpersonal skills with excellent customer service.
— Patience.
— Detail oriented.
— Entrepreneurial in your approach; able to work with minimal supervision.
— Love technology.
— Team player.
— Strong written and verbal communication skills.
— Pharmaceutical or Investigator Initiated Trials (IIT) Grant experience.
