Yasamin is the Scientific Portfolio Team Lead across a number of accounts in the agency, spanning different therapeutic categories. With more than 12 years’ experience in medical communications, Yasamin’s expertise includes: development of content for, and attendance at, symposia and stand-alone meetings; agenda development and report generation for Advisory Boards; literature assessment and gap analyses; development of scientific strategy; development and implementation of publications plans; slide decks for different target audiences; website content development; and development and delivery of internal communications activities. Yasamin’s therapeutic category experience is broad, and includes oncology, urology, neurology (RLS, PD, MS), sleep disturbances, hematology (hem-onc, hemophilia), endocrinology (diabetes, metabolic syndrome), and cardiovascular disease.

Before joining Evidence Scientific Solutions in 2009, Yasamin spent almost 9 years at Medicus International New York, where she was Director of Scientific Services; prior to that, she spent 2 years at a medical communications agency as a Medical Writer. Yasamin holds a DPhil in biochemistry from the University of Oxford, and is a Certified Medical Publication Professional (CMPP).
