Brian began his career in the pharmaceutical industry in research and development, but soon realized that the combination of his science background and business acumen were well suited for the commercialization side of the business. 

After 6 years in international pharmaceutical marketing, Brian moved to the agency environment, where he was instrumental in developing a highly successful medical communications business with operations on both sides of the Atlantic. As Managing Director, he established and developed the US operation.

Brian's core strengths include business development, financial management, and general management. Brian's personal philosophy maintains that you are only as good as your last job, and he instills this ideology in his team to inspire continuous improvement for UBC-Envision Group’s clients.
